These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your Inner Voice - not just to speak, but to feel, express, and reclaim your sound as a sacred instrument of healing. Your session may include: A guided meditation or sound journey using toning, breath, and visualization. It may also include somatic expression to move stuck emotions or blocked truths along with gentle coaching to help reclaim your voice and speak from your center. Activating your Light Language through soul connections and vocal release is also an option where integrating your soul's sound can be used as a powerful tool for healing, alignment and manifestation.
